Safran wanted an onboarding package that would revolutionise the way they welcomed new employees to the business. I played a key role in the scoping, development and delivery of the project. From project scoping, developing a fully gamified learning experience and delivering interneal coms for release, the project went on to win an award!

Project Features

Within the digital learning, personisation to the experience was key. Learners were enabled to add there name which populated throughout the course, choose an avatar and collect badges. The entire package is fun and light hearted, to really welcome new employees. The project was developed in Storyline and the videos and animations were created in Adobe After Effects and Permiere.
